- Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in senior roles within the industry is required.
- Industry relevance: Applicants must demonstrate active professional engagement in the financial services, banking, or payments sector.
- Application submission: All applications must be submitted using the applicant's business email address.
- Application authenticity: Applications must be personally written by the applicant. Submissions created using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) will not be considered.
- Role exclusions: Applications from individuals in sales, business development or marketing roles will not be considered.
